A withdrawal screen that offers a bank transfer usually rides on one of two Philippine rails, InstaPay or PESONet, and they behave very differently on amount, timing and fees. This TTTJILI InstaPay vs PESONet comparison uses the BSP’s own FAQs and the fee pages of GCash and Maya. One point first: the brand’s cashier is not visible before login, and the lobby’s text names neither rail, so nothing here says which one a TTTJILI payout uses.

The BSP files both under its National Retail Payment System, as automated clearing houses.

PESONet vs InstaPay for amounts above PHP 50,000

  1. If the amount fits under PHP 50,000, then a single InstaPay transfer covers it, weekends included.
  2. If it is larger, then InstaPay needs several transactions or PESONet carries it in one, on a banking day.
  3. If it is a Friday evening or a holiday, then a PESONet transfer waits for the next banking day.

InstaPay transfer fee: who pays what

Per the BSP, any charge falls on the sending side and differs between institutions; the receiving side pays nothing. On GCash, the help centre puts the InstaPay charge at PHP 10 a transfer, a reduction that started 4 July 2026. On Maya, one PESONet transfer can be as small as PHP 100.00 or as large as PHP 300,000.00, and the daily sum may reach PHP 1,000,000.00 but no more; Maya’s pages also charge PHP 10 per successful InstaPay transfer.

What a Casino Withdrawal Adds to the Choice

A bank-to-bank comparison assumes you choose the rail. On a casino cashier, the operator decides which methods exist, and the minimum withdrawal is its call too. GCash’s own article says gaming merchants set their minimum withdrawals.

  • If the cashier lists only one bank method, then the rail behind it is the operator’s choice; ask its live chat which one before you rely on a timing.
  • If a wallet was your intended payout destination, then the GCash casino position since 2025 explains why not. The stop traces to BSP Memorandum M-2025-029: gaming services left both wallets on 16 August 2025.
  • If you are moving to a new bank account, then remember the lobby’s promotion clause: changing the bank card before a first withdrawal wipes out every bonus and benefit.

Red flags to watch for

  1. A fee to release winnings. If anyone asks for an InstaPay transfer before paying you out, then stop; receiving on InstaPay is free.
  2. A personal account for deposits. If someone in chat hands you a private account number, then refuse it; the lobby’s Deposit Notice points players to the newest system-generated deposit account instead.
  3. A mistyped account. If money went to the wrong recipient, then call your bank or wallet straight away, because an InstaPay credit cannot simply be pulled back.
  4. “Instant” payout promises. If a site promises instant cash-outs, then remember the rail’s speed is not the operator’s approval time.

Spotting a cloned cashier is covered in TTTJILI’s fake casino site checks, and budgeting a payout in TTTJILI bankroll habits. The full list is on the TTTJILI blog home.

How to Get Started

  1. Is the sum above or below PHP 50,000?

Under the BSP's table, InstaPay caps each transaction at PHP 50,000. A larger single payout points toward PESONet, if the cashier offers it.

  2. Check the day and the time

InstaPay runs 24x7. PESONet works on banking days only and credits the same day only when sent within the cut-off.

  3. Read your own bank's fee

The sending institution sets any fee and receiving is free on InstaPay. Look up your bank's or wallet's fee page before comparing.

If You Are Asking…

Which is faster, InstaPay or PESONet?

InstaPay, by a distance: the BSP calls its transfers almost instant and runs it round the clock. PESONet clears in batches; send before the cut-off and the payee has it that banking day, while weekends and holidays see no movement.

How much is the InstaPay transfer fee?

It depends on who sends. Receiving costs nothing under the BSP's rules. Each sender sets its own charge: PHP 10 at GCash since 4 July 2026, and PHP 10 at Maya.

Does TTTJILI pay out through InstaPay or PESONet?

This site cannot say: no cashier screen is visible before login, and the lobby's text names neither rail. Its forms and promotion terms mention GCash, Maya and a bank card, so read the withdrawal screen after login.
