TTTJILI Contact — No Mailbox Here, 24CS for Account Problems
This contact page for the TTTJILI reference answers one question: how do you reach this site, and where do account problems go instead? This site is a player-side reference with no e-mail address, form or chat set up, so there is nothing here to write to.
Contact TTTJILI: where each problem goes
Pick the row that matches your problem and go straight to the lobby.
| Your problem | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Login refused | Forgot Password in the Login box, then 24CS |
| Deposit or withdrawal question | 24CS, after you read the deposit and withdrawal screens |
| Reset with no e-mail bound | 24CS, which asks for identification documents and deposit records |
| A message asking for your password or a code | Nowhere: do not reply |
| An account under the old OKTT name | Sign in with the same number, then Forgot Password |
TTTJILI support steps for 24CS and the TTTJILI reset password route take each of these one stage at a time. For the old name, read what the OKTT notice says.
How to open 24CS
- On a computer, find the fixed rail on the right edge of the lobby. It carries 24CS, which is the live chat, beside Telegram, Telegram Channel, Whats Channel and Facebook.
- The footer’s Start button opens the same chat.
- On a phone, the same items float on the right edge of the screen.
- Tell 24CS what happened and what you already tried. Hours, a hotline, a phone number and a support e-mail are not printed on the lobby, so this site prints none.
What 24CS will not ask for
The lobby’s notice on password resets says customer service staff must not request or record a login password or a withdrawal password. If a chat message asks for either, or for a one-time code, it is not a request you need to answer. The online scam checks show how to tell a real support chat from a look-alike.
Before you write to the lobby
Gather three things first: the mobile number on the account, the time the problem started, and what the screen said, word for word. A screenshot of the message helps 24CS, but never of a password or a one-time code. Keep the chat open until it replies, because a closed chat starts the queue over.
