TTTJILI Online Scam Checks: Six Tests Before You Send Anything
An online scam reaches a casino player as a fake chat agent, a look-alike address or a phished code.
- TTTJILI Phishing Meaning
- Phishing is an attempt to steal personal information or break into accounts using deceptive emails, messages, ads or sites that look like ones you already use.
- TTTJILI Identity Theft
- Under RA 10175 Section 4(b)(3), identity theft is acquiring, using or transferring another person's identifying information without right.
- TTTJILI Verification Code
- A verification code is a one-time number that proves you are the person at the keyboard.
- TTTJILI Valid IDs
- GCash's help page lists 8 valid IDs for a Filipino aged 18 or over with a PH SIM: National ID, Passport, Pag-IBIG Loyalty Plus, Driver's License, Postal ID, PRC ID, UMID and SSS ID.
- TTTJILI Liveness Check
- A liveness check is the wallet's test that a live person, not a photo or a recording, is holding the phone.
- TTTJILI Chargeback
- A chargeback is a card dispute: you tell your card's issuing bank a charge is wrong, and the bank may reverse it.
- TTTJILI PAGCOR Email Address and Phone Lines, Desk by Desk
- PAGCOR's contact pages print info@pagcor.ph for general concerns and department mailboxes beside the trunkline +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299.
- TTTJILI Fake Website Check
- Spot a fake website by its address, not its looks: compare the name letter by letter with the names the lobby prints, check the tab title and side menu, and run the address through Safe Browsing and a registration look-up.
An online scam reaches a casino player through a door they already use: the chat window, the wallet app, a text message or a link in a group. This page maps the six tricks you meet most often at an online casino, the one check that stops each, and where a Philippine player reports a scam that has already happened. It is a player-side reference, so every rule below comes from a wallet’s, a regulator’s or the lobby’s own printed words.
How an online scam reaches a casino player
Scammers copy the people you expect to hear from. At a casino that means “customer service”, “the cashier”, “your wallet” and “PAGCOR”. The table lists what arrives, what it is after and the page that teaches the matching check.
| What reaches you | What it wants | The check that stops it | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| A text or e-mail with a link, signed as your wallet or the casino | Your login, MPIN or wallet code | Never sign in through a message link | what phishing means in practice |
| A chat agent who asks you to read out the six-digit code you just received | The code that opens your wallet or account | A code is never read to another person | when a verification code is safe |
| A request for an ID photo and a selfie “to verify your account” | Your identity, to open accounts in your name | Send ID only through the screen the wallet or the lobby gives you | identity theft and your ID photo |
| An address that looks like the lobby with one letter changed | Your login typed into a copy | Compare the address and the tab title | telling a fake website apart |
| A “cashier” in chat who gives you a personal wallet number to pay | Your deposit, sent to a stranger | Pay only inside the lobby’s deposit order | why a wallet has no chargeback |
| An e-mail that claims to be PAGCOR | Your trust, then your data | Contact PAGCOR only on the lines it prints | PAGCOR’s published email address list |
What the lobby’s own notices say about customer service
The TTTJILI lobby prints a notice titled “Customer Account Security and Password Reset Rules”. It says that for a forgotten login password, customer service asks for valid identification documents and historical deposit records before a reset e-mail is sent. It also says: “Customer service staff must not request or record members’ login passwords or withdrawal passwords.”
Turn that into three rules you can apply in any chat:
- A genuine reset goes to the e-mail bound to your account. A “password reset” requested in chat, by anyone, is a scam.
- The register box asks for a +63 mobile number, a password and a confirmation, with no e-mail. Bind and verify an e-mail in the member area straight after you register, so the reset route exists before you need it.
- Open the 24CS live chat from the lobby itself. A chat you reached from a forwarded link is not 24CS.
The lobby’s login box shows no one-time code field before you submit, so a stranger who says your lobby login “needs a code from your phone” is describing a step the box does not have.
The 1326 hotline and where else to report
The first report decides how much you can still stop. As reported by the Inquirer, the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC) reminds the public to report cybercrimes to the Inter-Agency Response Center hotline 1326. The same article says the line is toll-free and runs every day of the week, holidays included.
Scam hotline Philippines: who takes which report
Use the table to match your situation to the body that handles it. Each row names whose page says so.
| Your situation | Report to | Whose page says so |
|---|---|---|
| Money lost through a scam, any channel | The 1326 hotline | The Inquirer, quoting the CICC |
| Money sent from GCash to a scammer | Authorities (PNP or NBI), then GCash through Get Help and Report as scam | GCash’s Report a scam page |
| Money sent from Maya to a scammer | Maya’s Fraud Complaint Form and Maya’s phone lines, then the authorities | Maya’s help center article on being scammed |
| Fraud against a BSP-supervised institution | The BSP Consumer Assistance Mechanism | The BSP’s pages on how to file |
| Your ID or personal data misused | The National Privacy Commission, as the identity theft page explains | The NPC’s own complaint pages |
The CICC’s director is quoted by the Inquirer saying that “Your social media platforms will not, in any way, assist you nor resolve your losses in your e-wallets.” Posting about a scam in a group is fine for warning others, but it files nothing. GCash’s own page adds that its support team reaches out within 24 hours of a report and that the return of scammed funds is not guaranteed.
Six checks to run before you send a code, an ID or money
Run these in order. Each one costs under a minute and each one maps to a trick in the first table.
- Source of the message. Did you open the chat from the lobby yourself, or did the message arrive uninvited? GCash says it never sends links by SMS or e-mail and never asks for your MPIN or OTP, and Maya says the same about its representatives.
- Code. If you are being asked for a code, stop. The wallet help pages treat every OTP as yours alone.
- Password. If you are being asked for a login or withdrawal password, quote the lobby’s notice back and leave the chat.
- ID and selfie. Check the valid IDs a wallet lists and run the selfie step only inside the wallet’s own screen. The liveness check walk-through shows what that screen looks like.
- Address. Compare the address in the bar with the names the lobby prints. The lobby’s own notices list TTTJILI.COM, TTTJILI1.COM to TTTJILI9.COM, and TTTJILI.BET, TTTJILI.ONE, TTTJILI.ORG and TTTJILI.PH, and warn readers to beware of fake websites and scam links. Reading a TTTJILI link before you tap it goes through the hand-off you may see.
- Payment destination. A wallet payment goes to the account in front of you. Read how GCash fits a casino deposit and how Maya fits a casino deposit before you pay anyone outside the deposit order.
Money sent to the wrong person: a worked example
Take an invented case. Ben is told in a group chat that “the cashier” takes deposits on a personal wallet number, and he sends ₱1,000 to it.
- The money left Ben’s wallet on his own instruction, so it counts as a payment he made, not a card charge he can dispute.
- He reports at once: GCash’s page sends him to Transactions, then Get Help, then Report as scam, and tells him to report to the PNP or NBI as well.
- GCash’s page states that the return of scammed funds is not guaranteed.
The chargeback page explains why neither wallet offers the card-style dispute, and the lobby’s own Deposit Notice shows the safer route: place a new order for every deposit and use the latest deposit account the lobby generates.
Mail that claims to be PAGCOR
A message that signs itself as the regulator carries borrowed authority. Run three steps: ignore any link in it, find PAGCOR’s contacts on its own site by typing the name yourself, and write to the lines PAGCOR prints, which PAGCOR’s printed email address list copies out. The page on whether TTTJILI is legit or not teaches the check against a regulator’s published lists, and the responsible play pages cover what to do when losses, not scammers, are the problem.

FAQ
What is the most common online scam aimed at casino players?
A message that claims to come from the casino's chat or your wallet and asks for a code, a password or an ID photo. The phishing page shows what that message looks like, and the verification code page shows the one thing you never read back.
Will TTTJILI customer service ever ask for my password?
The lobby's own notice says the opposite: customer service staff must not request or record members' login passwords or withdrawal passwords. Anyone who asks for one in a chat is not following the lobby's rule.
What is the 1326 hotline?
As reported by the Inquirer, 1326 is the Inter-Agency Response Center hotline that the CICC points the public to for cybercrime reports. The same article says it is toll-free and open every day.
Can I get my money back after an online scam?
GCash's own report page says the return of scammed funds is not guaranteed. Report to your wallet and the authorities at once, because speed is the one thing you control.
Saan ako magre-report kung na-scam ako gamit ang GCash o Maya?
Sa wallet mismo muna: GCash has Get Help then Report as scam inside its app, and Maya has a Fraud Complaint Form. After that, report to the PNP, NBI or CICC, as the BSP's page says.
How do I know I am on the real TTTJILI lobby?
Compare the address with the names the lobby prints in its own notices, then check that the tab title begins TTTJILI and the side menu runs Home, Hot Games, Favorites, Slot. The fake website page walks through each check.
