Four steps open the box on a computer or a phone browser:

No one-time code and no captcha field is shown before you submit. A box that asks for more than this at the first screen differs from the lobby’s own; read the real TTTJILI login box before you type anything into it.

Take these in order; each one is a smaller step than the next.
The box refuses the mobile number and password you used under the old name
Type them again slowly, with the +63 already in place and only digits in the number. The password is six to twelve letters or numbers, with no special characters. Press Login once the fields match what you remember.
The box still refuses them
Press Forgot Password. The page “Retrieve your password” asks for a username and an Email, with no SMS option. The lobby’s notice says the reset mails a temporary numeric password or verification code to the e-mail linked to the account, and that you complete the reset yourself. Open 24CS, the live chat on the right edge of the lobby. The lobby’s Customer Account Security and Password Reset Rules say customer service asks for valid identification documents and historical deposit records before a reset e-mail is sent. Use only the 24CS on the lobby itself.
What no one should ask you for
The same notice says customer service staff “must not request or record members’ login passwords or withdrawal passwords”. A separate withdrawal password exists and is reset the same way after logging in.
- Your login password goes in the lobby’s box only.
- Your withdrawal password goes in the lobby’s withdrawal screen only.
- Anyone who asks for either one in a chat, whatever name they use, is not following the lobby’s own rule.
After the sign-in: the lanes you will see
