• PAGCOR — historical, and no longer current — Pragmatic Play’s September 2016 announcement concerned a PAGCOR offshore gaming licence. By 31 December 2024 all offshore licences had to expire, and PAGCOR confirmed their cancellation, as the Philippines has since abolished that entire framework. Although it dates from 2016, the announcement is still available online and is still cited as current. It is not.
