TTTJILI Promo Period — Start, End and Claim Deadline Compared
A promo period is the stretch between a promotion's start and its end, with a separate deadline for claiming.
- TTTJILI Agent Commission
- An agent commission pays you for players you refer, under rules that say who counts and for how long.
- TTTJILI Forfeited
- Forfeited means a rule takes your reward away because you did something it forbids.
- TTTJILI Loyalty Points
- Loyalty points and VIP levels reward cumulative play.
- TTTJILI Rollover
- Rollover is the total you must bet before a reward can be withdrawn.
- TTTJILI User Agreement
- At sign-up you tick a box agreeing to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, but the two links open a Help Center with no text.
A promo period is the span of time a promotion runs, and good rules keep three dates apart: when it starts, when it ends and when your claim must be in. The TTTJILI lobby handles the period in one clause of its shared terms block, which the reading guide at the TTTJILI terms and conditions page lays out in full.
Promo period: start, end and claim deadline are three dates
Readers often merge these into one, then miss a claim by a day. Keep them apart on every promotion.
| Date | What it fixes | Where you read it |
|---|---|---|
| Start | The first moment qualifying play counts | The promotion body |
| End | The last moment qualifying play counts | The promotion body, or an announcement |
| Claim deadline | The last moment to apply or collect | The promotion body, often shorter than the period |
If a body gives only one of the three, ask 24CS, the live chat on the lobby’s right edge, for the others in writing.
The lobby’s own activity period clause
The terms block read on 11 October 2026 puts the period in its fourth clause. It says the activity is valid for a long time, and the end time is subject to the official website announcement. A fifth clause says TTTJILI may adjust or terminate the activity at any time.
| Clause | The lobby’s words, in short |
|---|---|
| 4. Activity period | Valid for a long time; end time follows the announcement |
| 5. Right of interpretation | TTTJILI may adjust or terminate at any time |
Those two clauses together mean the end is an announcement, not a printed date. So the checks are practical: read the Promotion list before you act, screenshot the body, and look for the announcement the clause points to. What happens to a half-finished claim at an adjustment is covered by what forfeited means in a rule.
What RA 7394 Article 118 says must be printed
The Consumer Act of the Philippines, RA 7394, Article 118, reads: “A sales promotion which is intended for broad consumer participation and utilizes mass media shall indicate the duration, commencement and termination of the promotion, the deadline for submission of entries and the governing criteria or procedure to be followed therein.”
| Article 118 item | Printed? |
|---|---|
| Duration | Must be indicated |
| Commencement and termination | Must be indicated |
| Deadline for entries | Must be indicated |
| Governing criteria or procedure | Must be indicated |
Article 120 adds that the concerned department shall be advised of changes in the termination dates, and that a change in the termination date shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation before the original schedule expires. These are the law’s words, quoted for comparison. This page does not say they apply to the lobby, and the lobby’s terms block, as read, names no permit and no regulator.
Permits: Article 116 and the DTI’s notice
Article 116 requires a permit from the concerned department at least 30 calendar days before a covered campaign begins; unless an objection or denial is received within 15 days of filing, the application is deemed approved. The DTI’s e-Sigaw page on sales promotion applications repeats the 30-day lead time and sets fees by prize size, for example Php250 for prizes up to Php50,000. Whether a given promotion needs a permit is for the DTI to say.

- If any is missing, ask for it in writing.
- Read the clause that lets the promotion change.
- Look at the acceptance tick box in the user agreement you tick at sign-up.
- Screenshot everything on the day you opt in.
