Cause 1: the account has no bound e-mail
The reset form wants an e-mail, and you never gave one
The register form asks for a mobile number and a password only. The lobby’s security notice says members need to bind a valid e-mail address and verify it, and its reset works through that address. With no bound e-mail, the lobby’s rules send you to customer service: 24CS asks for valid identification documents and historical deposit records before a reset e-mail is sent.

Cause 2: the form asks for a username you cannot place
You registered with a number and do not know your username
The Retrieve your password form (Kunin ang iyong password) has two fields, username and Email, then an OK button; the phone layout is headed “Forgot password” and ends in a Reset button. If you cannot recall a username, do not guess repeatedly. Open 24CS inside the lobby and say that your account was opened with a mobile number and that the reset form asks for a username you do not have.
Cause 3: the temporary code never shows up
You pressed OK or Reset and nothing arrives
Per the lobby’s Forgot Password Instructions notice, the reset mails a temporary numeric password or verification code to the e-mail linked to the account. Look in the mailbox of that exact address, including its junk folder. Resets must be completed by the member themselves using their linked e-mail address, so no one else can finish it for you.
