PAGCOR publishes its contacts in two places, the regulatory contact page and the helpdesk page on its support site, and this page copies them exactly as printed. Every address below is plain text from PAGCOR, so type it yourself instead of following a link in a message. If a chat or text pushed you here, the the wider set of online scam checks explain what to do before you write.
PAGCOR email address list by department
PAGCOR’s regulatory contact page prints one table of departments, each with an e-mail address and a contact number.

|---|---|---|
| Responsible Gaming / NPGH | responsiblegaming@pagcor.ph | Tel. No. +632 8248-9568 |
| Gaming Licensing & Dev’t Dept. | Info.GLDD@pagcor.ph | Tel. No. +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |

| Slot Machine Dept. | Info.SlotMachine@pagcor.ph | Tel. No. +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |
The same page prints a general address, info@pagcor.ph, above the table.
The helpdesk page addresses
PAGCOR’s Contact Us page on its support site splits concerns by topic, in these words:
- Player Exclusion Concerns:
RGD_exclusion@pagcor.ph - All other Responsible Gaming Concerns:
RGD@pagcor.ph - Problem Gambling Concerns: npgh.ph
- General Concerns:
info@pagcor.ph
That page also carries the headings Request for Self-Exclusion and Online Gaming Platform Helpdesk.
PAGCOR hotline and trunkline numbers
The word hotline does not appear on the saved pages. They print a trunkline, which is the line you call to be routed to a department, and a Responsible Gaming line.
| Line | Number as PAGCOR prints it |
|---|---|
| Trunkline | +632 8521-1542 / +632 8522-0299 |
| Responsible Gaming / NPGH | +632 8248-9568 |
| Responsible Gaming (exclusion page) | (02) 8248-9568 |
PAGCOR contact number and office address
When you need a contact number for a visit rather than a call, PAGCOR prints two addresses.
- Corporate office: MET Live Building, Central Business Park 1-A, Macapagal Boulevard cor. EDSA Extension, Pasay City, 1300 Metro Manila.
- Imus Complex: 363 Bayan Luma VI, Imus, Cavite 4103.
PAGCOR’s exclusion page says applications can also be dropped at the MET Live Building drop box.
Which address takes a report about an online casino
Neither saved PAGCOR page labels a mailbox for reporting an online casino, so the printed labels do not decide it. The general address, info@pagcor.ph, is the one PAGCOR lists for General Concerns, and the Remote Operations and Ancillary Services Dept. is the desk its table names for remote operations. When you write, give the site name, the date, what you paid, and attach screenshots.
A report to PAGCOR is not a police report. GCash’s and Maya’s help pages tell scam victims to report to the PNP or NBI, and the Inquirer has reported that the CICC asks the public to use the Inter-Agency Response Center hotline 1326. Match your report to the harm: a message that stole a code fits the phishing meaning explained for wallet codes, and a misused ID photo belongs with identity theft after an ID photo leaks.
A message signed with a PAGCOR name asks you to pay a fee or send an ID photo before it will look at your complaint.
Do not reply to it or send anything. Write fresh to an address on this page, typed by hand, and ask whether the message came from that office.
