TTTJILI Responsible Play: Limits, Exclusion and Help
Responsible play on this site means three things: you are 21 or over, you decide your spending before you open the lobby, and you know where help sits if that plan slips. The lobby’s footer says you must be at least 21 years of age and shows a 21+ mark beside “Play responsibly and in moderation.” These pages use the same age everywhere.
Who may play
Only readers aged 21 or over. PAGCOR’s own pages carry the same line, “Gambling for 21 years old and above only”, and add that gambling is not a source of income.
Signs that play is slipping
You do not need a diagnosis to act. These are reasons to stop for the day, and to read the next section.
- You spend more than the amount you set before you started.
- You play to win back a loss.
- You hide the time or the money from people close to you.
- You top up from a wallet you need for bills.
PAGCOR self-exclusion and family exclusion
PAGCOR’s exclusion page describes two programmes, and the periods below are exactly as that page gives them.

PAGCOR’s page says the first six months of a self-exclusion are irrevocable, and that the order is lifted automatically once the period ends. A self-exclusion application needs the application form, a photocopy of a government-issued photo ID and two 2x2 colour photos taken within the last 6 months. Send it to ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph or use the drop box at the MET Live Building in Pasay City.

PAGCOR’s page invites you to call (02) 8248-9568 or e-mail ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph. It also lists help centres, including Gamblers Anonymous Philippines at 0915 938 2808 and Bridges of Hope at (02) 622-0193 or 0917 509 8826. This site operates no helpline, and it prints a number only where a PAGCOR page prints it.
Using the lobby with limits
The lobby’s own screens do not need to be your limit. Before you press Login, decide an amount, a time and a stopping point, and write them down. If the lobby’s 24CS chat is your only route to help with an account, remember that it handles account problems, not gambling harm.
